Deb Herrboldt has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles within the eldercare sector, currently serving as the CEO/Administrator of Bethany Lutheran Home for the Aged, Inc. since April 2003. Deb's professional journey began at Bethany Lutheran Home, where the role of Lead Administrator was held for a brief period in the same month. Deb Herrboldt holds a Master of Science in Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, both obtained from the University of South Dakota.
