John Baum

John Baum has extensive experience in management and administration within both healthcare and international relations sectors. Currently serving as Administrator-in-Training at Bethany Nursing Home & Assisted Living since July 2016, John has held multiple leadership roles at WorldChicago since July 2006, including Vice President and Director of IVLP & Development, where responsibilities involved overseeing the US Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as Administrator-in-Training at Aultman Hospital and an Assistant position in Student Affairs at Seton Hall University. John holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from the University of Dayton, complemented by a brief study period at Trinity College Dublin.
