John R.

John R. has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily as a CFO and Controller. John is currently serving as the CFO at Bethel Music since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO at The Adventure Challenge from February 2021 to January 2023. John also served as the CFO at Bethel Church from November 2018 to June 2021. John worked as a Controller at Bethel Music from January 2018 to November 2018, and at Bethel Church from September 2016 to January 2018. Before transitioning to financial roles, John co-founded Patriot Contractors Inc. in 2007, where they served as the CEO until September 2016. Additionally, they have military experience, having worked as a Recon Marine in the United States Marine Corps from May 1999 to August 2003.

John R. holds a degree in Accounting from Dallas Baptist University. Additionally, they have completed the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp For Veterans (EBV) program at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families.
