Michael Christianson

Michael Christianson has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer for Bethel School District since July 2005, where responsibilities include managing operational and instructional technology departments and coordinating a 1:1 digital learning initiative. Previously, Michael held the position of CTE & Alternative Learning Director for the Bethel School District, overseeing the Career & Technical Education department and various alternative learning programs. Michael's earlier career includes serving as the Director at Pierce County Skills Center and as a teacher for Tacoma Public Schools. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees and credentials from Washington State University, Central Washington University, and City University of Seattle, with a focus on educational leadership, instructional technology, and business education.
