Michele Kimball has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Michele started their career in 2004 as a Regional Consultant/Quality Assurance Nurse at Health Systems Inc., where they managed and trained long-term care facilities and assisted in the education of state and federal regulations. Michele then joined Life Care Centers of America in 2014 as the Central Division Director of Clinical Services. In this role, they oversaw clinical services for the division until 2017. Since 2017, Michele has been working at Bethesda Health Group, initially as the Senior Director of Nursing and currently as the Corporate Director of Clinical Services.
Michele Kimball pursued their nursing education in a chronological manner, starting in 1994. Michele attended Barnes Jewish College of Nursing and Allied Health at Washington University, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Nursing. This educational experience lasted from 1994 to 1996. Later, in 2009, Michele enrolled at Chamberlain College of Nursing and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2010.
