Rachel Barnes

Rachel Barnes is currently an Application Engineer Co-op at Applied Plastics and serves as the Head of Challenge Design at Survivor Northeastern. Additionally, Rachel works as a Substitute in the Bethlehem Central School District, where responsibilities include providing support as a classroom aide and noon-time aide for elementary students. Prior roles include being a member of AerospaceNU, working as an Ice Cream Server at Jericho Drive In Theatre, and interning at Northwestern Mutual, assisting a Financial Advisor with various tasks. Rachel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Northeastern University, expected to graduate in May 2026, following a high school diploma in Business Administration and Management from Bethlehem Central High School.
