Liat Gani ליאת גני

Liat Gani has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of human resources, recruitment, and workforce development. Liat founded AGILINA in 2018, where they provided targeted HR support solutions to companies, served as a trusted advisor on HR matters, and led recruitment processes for projects. In 2021, they became the Head of Human Resources at Beti and also took on the role of Manager at The Economic Social Forum, a national task-force focused on identifying and meeting the demand for skilled workers. Prior to these roles, Liat worked as the Head of HR at TechSee from 2018 to 2021 and served as the Co-Founder & County Manager at Talenya from 2017 to 2019. Liat also held leadership positions at Manpower Israel, including VP Sectors - Strategic and SMB Clients from 2009 to 2017 and Branch Manager from 2005 to 2009. Liat began their career as a Call Center Manager at the College of Israel from 2001 to 2003.

Liat Gani obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education and History from Tel Aviv University, which they attended from 1999 to 2002. Liat later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Labor Studies at Tel Aviv University from 2006 to 2007.
