Jay Bharatiya

Jay Bharatiya has a comprehensive work experience in tax and finance roles. Jay is currently the Head of Tax at BetMGM since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Global Tax Planning/Tax Counsel at L3 Technologies from October 2008 to March 2020. Before joining L3 Technologies, Jay worked as the Associate Tax Counsel at Bristol Myers Squibb Company from February 2005 to October 2008. Jay also held the position of Tax Manager at Lucent Technologies from August 2002 to February 2005. Prior to Lucent Technologies, Jay worked as a Tax Manager at EY from 1998 to 2002 and as a Tax Senior at Deloitte from 1996 to 1998.

Jay Bharatiya has a BA degree in Economics/Statistics (Minor) from Rutgers University. Jay also holds a JD degree in Law from Rutgers Law School and an MBA degree with a concentration in Accounting from Rutgers Business School. Furthermore, Jay Bharatiya has pursued an LLM in Taxation from New York Law School.
