Business Operations Manager at Betr Health

Michaela Marley has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 at Next Step Speaker Services, where they served as an Assistant to the Director. In this role, they operated a table at a conference, increased client contracts, managed social media outlets, and maintained a clientele database.

In 2014, Michaela worked as a Student Assistant at Campbell University Communication Studies Department.

In 2015, they had two roles: as a Point of Sale Associate at Kohl's Department Stores and as a Brand Representative at Altar'd State.

From 2017 to 2018, Michaela worked as a Communication Intern at Habergeon LLC.

Since 2018, they have been working at Betr Health, starting as a Betr Health Coach, where they onboarded and managed a book of business and built training for coaches. Michaela then became an Account Manager, responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with a major partner and developing educational literature. Recently, they have been serving as a Business Operations Manager at Betr Health.

Michaela then transferred to North Carolina State University, where they attended from 2015 to 2018. At NC State, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
