Victor Thadeu

Victor Thadeu is an experienced professional in the educational sector, currently serving as an Especialista em Soft Skills e Carreira at Trybe since December 2021, focusing on socio-emotional skills training. Previously, Victor held the role of Designer Educacional, contributing to internal educator training and leading diverse educational projects. At Sincroniza Educação, Victor was the Coordenador de Projetos e Formador, managing a team of ten and overseeing impactful projects like Sincroniza Conecta.
