Zoë Agnew-Svoboda

Zoë Agnew-Svoboda is an experienced professional in animal welfare and domestic violence advocacy. Currently, Zoë serves as the Director of Engagement & Program Development at BestyBnB since October 2021. Previously, Zoë held various leadership roles at Rose Brooks Center Inc. from February 2014 to October 2021, including Director of Pet Advocacy and PAWS Place Program Manager. In March 2021, Zoë founded the Kansas City Coalition Against the Co-Occurrence of Domestic Violence and Pet Abuse, aimed at supporting domestic violence victims and their pets through collaboration among various agencies. Earlier in Zoë's career, roles included Canine Care Technician at Wayside Waifs and Adoptions and Intake Manager at KC Pet Project, alongside additional positions fostering pet adoption success.
