Elissa Kuykendall Unton

Elissa Kuykendall Unton currently serves as the Director of Operations (Services) at Better Angels, a position held since November 2022, focusing on vision and strategy. Previously, Elissa co-founded and was the CEO of ArcVida, Inc., a career guidance platform operational from January 2017 to December 2022, aimed at helping professionals advance their careers efficiently. Additional experience includes consultancy roles in strategy and finance at Mobi Systems and Chemco Products Company, interim CFO support, and leadership positions in financial planning and analysis at Optum and Cetera Financial Group. Elissa's volunteering efforts include founding leadership for Skid Row Spa, a hygiene center project in Los Angeles. Elissa began a career in consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton and holds an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.A. in Communications and Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
