Nicolas Fernström

Nicolas Fernström is an experienced technical project management professional currently serving as the Director of Technical Project Management at Better Collective since June 2016, where responsibilities include maximizing value from technological resources and planning. Previously held roles at Better Collective include Head of Tech PM and QA, and Head of Code & Ops, overseeing various teams and frameworks to enhance product development and efficiency. Prior to Better Collective, Nicolas worked as a Digital Consultant at Knowit, Founder & CEO at efootballclub.com, Technical Superintendent at Maersk Drilling, and held multiple engineering positions at Maersk Group, including Project Engineer and Process Excellence Consultant. Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Centrale Lyon and a Bachelor’s degree in General Engineering from Lycée Champollion.
