Brian Voigt

Brian Voigt is a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Better Energy since March 2023, contributing to the renewable energy sector. Prior to this role, Brian served as a Senior People & Development Consultant at Kromann Reumert, Denmark's leading law firm, from January 2019 to March 2023. Brian also owned "Passion for learning," offering insights on leadership and training from 2016 to 2019. As an Educational Leadership Consultant at the Royal Danish Defence College from 2009 to 2018, responsibilities included advising management and developing educational programs. Brian's extensive military experience spans various international assignments from 2001 to 2018, alongside roles within the Royal Danish Engineer Regiment. Brian began a career in banking as a Marketing Trainee at Danske Bank in 1995. Brian holds a Master's degree in Adult Learning and HRD from Aarhus University and has completed multiple leadership and training courses at the Royal Danish Defence College.
