Peter Bjerregaard

Peter Bjerregaard is a seasoned professional in the fields of regulatory affairs and energy storage with a current position as a Member of the Advisory Board for Energy Storage at Axcelfuture since April 2023. Bjerregaard also serves as the Vice President and Head of Regulatory Affairs at Better Energy, a role held since October 2020, after previously being the Director of Regulatory Affairs. Additionally, Bjerregaard is active in the Københavns Borgerrepræsentation as a Borgerrepræsentant since January 2022. A former Market Regulation Manager at E.ON Danmark A/S, Bjerregaard also brings experience as an Editor in Chief at FORESIGHT Climate & Energy Business and as an Analyst at Mandag Morgen. Further experience includes teaching Danish and European Politics at Grundtvigs Højskole and working as a Policy Advisor at the European Conservatives and Reformists Group within the European Parliament. Bjerregaard's early career includes serving as a Press Attache during COP15 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
