Jeremy Salkin

Jeremy Salkin has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Jeremy worked at Better Engineering Mfg., Inc. from 2013 to the present, where they started as a Project Engineering Intern and progressed to roles such as Project Engineer, Project Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Operations. At Better Engineering Mfg., Inc., they led teams of engineers to design and build automated parts washing machinery, ensuring business development and meeting operational and engineering goals. Prior to this, they worked as a Crew Manager at The Last Detail Yacht Maintenance from 2010 to 2013 and as a Mechanical Engineer at UMBC Aerosols and Cloud Optics Laboratory in 2012.

Jeremy Salkin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kettering University, completed between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2014 to 2015. Jeremy also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, graduating between 2009 and 2014. Jeremy completed their high school education at Winters Mill High School, where they graduated as the Valedictorian in 2009.
