Mindy Flatt

Mindy Flatt is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate, property management, human resources, and event coordination. Currently serving as a Realtor at Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate | Reliance Partners since March 2022, Mindy leverages a decade of experience in buying and selling investments to assist clients in their real estate journeys. Alongside this role, Mindy manages Flatt Rental, overseeing leasing processes, maintenance coordination, and tenant communication. Previous positions include HR Analyst at UC Davis Health System, where Mindy managed nurse onboarding, and Events Manager for the Sacramento Association of Realtors, where Mindy produced numerous events and maintained relationships with members. Mindy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Psychology, and Spanish from Purdue University.
