Zack Crenshaw

Zack Crenshaw has held various roles in the IS/IT field, including Consultant at CGI from 2008 to 2012, Mobile Security Officer at Northwest Security Services, Inc from August 2015 to November 2016, and currently serves as the Lead Manager of IS/IT Helpdesk at BMP Services since February 2018. Zack leads the IS/IT Helpdesk team, managing tickets, FOH employees, and providing training to new hires on standard operating procedures, client interaction, and SLA policies.
