Brad Milne

Brad Milne is the Co-Founder and COO of Better Place Forests. Brad has also previously served as the Co-Founder and COO of Elevate Inc. from July 2008 to August 2016.

Elevate was a marketing automation product that helped professional service firms quickly curate topical email newsletters for their customer-facing employees. Sandy Gibson and Brad originally started the company to help teachers and sports coaches connect with their classes and teams across schools. After nearly going bankrupt, they pivoted the company and software to service enterprise clients.

Elevate was acquired in 2016. Some highlights from Brad's time at the company include teaching himself Ruby on Rails and the basics of product management, reading numerous business books, and growing the company to ten people. Brad has called running Elevate their "non-academic MBA."

Brad Milne's educational career includes a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, with a focus in finance and Italian language and literature. Brad also attended Royal Saint George's College.
