Annelise Sauter

Annelise Sauter is an ESG and EDI Manager at Better Society Capital since November 2022, with prior experience at LeapFrog Investments from July 2018 to November 2022, where roles included Manager of Impact Labs, Profit with Purpose Officer, Investor Relations/Impact Associate, and Intern. Annelise supported a family granola business, LUSTIG Granola, in marketing and sales from November 2013 to August 2022. Additional experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Asociación Horizonte Positivo, collaborating with the Ministry of Labour on a national unemployment reduction strategy, and as a Sustainability Fellow at the Office of Sustainability, Dartmouth College, where contributions were made towards sustainability initiatives. Annelise also worked as a Research Analyst at Blue Economy Solutions, focusing on the circular economy and urban farming projects. Annelise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics Modified with Environmental Studies, along with a minor in German Studies from Dartmouth College, and earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Lincoln School.
