Tess Godley

Tess Godley currently serves as the Policy and Advocacy Director at Better Society Capital, a position held since February 2019. Prior experience includes the role of Policy Manager at the Impact Investing Institute from September 2019 to August 2022 and Policy Advisor in the Private Sector Department at the Department for International Development (DFID) from September 2015 to January 2019. Tess Godley briefly worked in investment advisory focused on impact management at Business Oxygen in July 2018 and completed a summer internship in asset management at J.P. Morgan in June 2014. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Cambridge (2012-2015) and A Levels with top grades from King Edward VII School, Sheffield (2005-2012).
