Laura Madu M.A, NBC-HWC is an experienced health coach and educator currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, co-instructing a Health Coach Foundations course. Laura has been the Director of Health Coaching at Better Therapeutics since April 2016, where significant contributions include developing coaching methodologies and demonstrating the effectiveness of digital health coaching for chronic conditions. Additional roles include Mentor Coach at the California Institute of Integral Studies and previous positions in health promotion and ergonomics. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Integrative Health from the California Institute of Integral Studies and has various certifications in positive psychology and nutrition.
