Michael Connery serves as the VP of Solutions & Value Engineering, where he is responsible for bringing technical solutions and business value to BetterCloud’s new and existing customers.
Michael has spent a decade building and growing customer facing, technical teams, across SaaS companies. He began his career at GSC, a content management platform, where he built the Customer Support, then Customer Success functions. At BetterCloud, he leads Solutions Engineering, Value Engineering, and Technical Account Management, with the shared goal of driving and delivering value for current and prospective customers.
Michael enjoys building things, with a new found passion for woodworking, at his home in Maine. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration & Entrepreneurship from the University of Vermont.
