Rebecca Vincent is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a diverse background in SaaS adoption, retention strategies, and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise and Corporate Accounts at BetterCloud since August 2023, Rebecca previously held roles at Sales Impact Academy where responsibilities included customer onboarding and renewal sales. Earlier experience at Loyola University Maryland involved relationship management, people management, and admissions counseling, as well as a legislative internship in the United States Senate focusing on writing and constituent services. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University Maryland and has also studied at the University of Cape Town.
