Luis Hernán Paul Ossandón

Luis Hernán Paul Ossandón is an experienced professional in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Product Operations Lead at Betterfly since October 2021, Luis has previously held significant roles including COO at Hey Pay and various positions at kunder, including Strategy, Subgerente de Operaciones, and Project Engineer. Early career experience includes work as an Android and Web Developer at Transit UC and CTO at Shotgun! Store, overseeing web platform development and maintenance. Luis began a professional journey as a Developer intern at Acid Labs Chile. Academically, Luis holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering with a Diploma in Computing from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, completed in 2014, and graduated from Colegio Tabancura in 2008.
