Sherelle Minter has over 18 years of experience in the education field. In 2003, they began their career as an Early Childhood Educator at Bright Horizons Childcare Family Solutions. In 2006, they joined Atlanta Public Schools as an Instructional Mentor (Training & Development), and later held the role of Instructional Coach. In 2010, they were hired as a NET-Q Site Coordinator at Georgia State University. In 2017, they became a Trainer at New Teacher Center, and in 2018, they were hired as a Clinical Examiner at Riverside Insights. Sherelle then joined ThinkCERCA in 2019 as a School Success Manager, and in 2021, they were hired as the Director of Partnerships at BetterLesson. Throughout their career, Sherelle has been responsible for developing and coordinating training programs, creating instructional materials, coaching teachers, analyzing data, and building relationships with district leaders.

Sherelle Minter has an extensive education history. Sherelle attended Georgia State University from 2002 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching in 2006, a Master's degree in Urban Teacher Leadership in 2008, and an Educational Specialist Ed.S. in Early Childhood Education and Teaching in 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission in Early Childhood Education in 2006, Educational Leadership Certification in 2018, and Teacher Support Specialist in 2012.
