Bénédicte Flouriot has had a diverse and successful career in the hospitality and coaching industries. Bénédicte began their career in 2007 as Manager of Marketing and Communication at The Address Hotels + Resorts, where they contributed to the launching and opening of the first Address hotel, co-participated in the brand establishment, conceptualized and branded the hotel and its different outlets, and directed the Public Relations & Events activities, and the Advertising projects. In 2010, they became Director of Brand Development at PSLab, where they analyzed the current working process by performing an audit and redefined the company structure and development strategy, developed a business model to grow the company’s strategic partners worldwide, created and managed the Business Development and the Communication poles, recruited and conducted trainings, and conducted market analysis, competitive reviews, and developed the French & Benelux territories. In 2016, they became a Consultant for Career Transition at Optimum Talent, where they assisted with on-site meetings during employment reorganization. In 2017, they began working as a Talent Coach at Institut Paul Bocuse, an international leader of learning and executive education specialized in hospitality management, foodservice and culinary arts. In 2018, they became an Executive Coach at BetterManager, a company that helps managers make a positive difference in the lives of the people they work with and their organizations. Bénédicte currently works as a Career & Leadership Coach at their own private practice, Benedicte Flouriot Coaching, specializing in Coaching, Career Development, Career transition and Leadership.
Bénédicte Flouriot obtained a BA in International Hotel and Restaurant Management from Institut Paul Bocuse between 2000 and 2003. Bénédicte then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School between 2005 and 2007. After that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Career Consulting, Recognition For Learning (RFL), and Career Management from Université Paris Nanterre between 2013 and 2014. Finally, they obtained a CPCC (Co-Active Professional Certified Coach) from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2016. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from BetterManager, Praditus, the International Coach Federation, and Psychometrics Canada.
