Ida Rutten- van der Wal

Ida Rutten-van der Wal has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Ida began their career as a Visitor for Dutch detainees in Parisian Prisons for Reclassering Nederland in 2009. In 2012, they became the Treasurer and school visitor for En Classe Foundation. In 2013, they were a Project Coordinator for DR Congo Heineken Africa Foundation for HEINEKEN. In 2014, they worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Netherlands in Support and Consular Affairs. In 2015, they founded Dutch Flowers in Lagos. In 2017, they became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC/PCC) for Orange Smile. In 2020, they became an Executive Coach for BetterManager and a Board Member, Secretary for ICF Netherlands. In 2021, they became a Chief Guide for Chief and in 2022, they became a Faculty Member | Front of the Room (ZOOM) Leader for CRR Global.

Ida Rutten-van der Wal has a comprehensive education history. Ida obtained their Drs. from the University of Groningen in Business Administration/Bedrijfskunde/Business Management/Bedrijfsmanagement from 1994 to 1999. In 2017, they began their education with the Co-Active Training Institute, where they earned a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach in Fundamentals, Intermediate & Certification. In 2021, they obtained their Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching Intermediate (ORSC) from CRR Global, and also completed a Leadership Experience from the Co-Active Training Institute. Ida also completed a PQ Pioneer Program from Positive Intelligence @ShirzadChamine in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including BetterManager Executive Coach from BetterManager in 2022, ORSC Certified from CRR Global in 2022, Clifton StrengthsFinder Train-the-Trainer from PASSONS CONSULTING, LLC in 2021, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from Co-Active Training Institute in 2019, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation in 2020, 12 Driving Forces from TTI Success Insights in 2021, DISC from TTI Success Insights in 2021, and Emotional Quotient from TTI Success Insights in 2021.
