Kimberly Frederick Snapper

Kimberly Frederick Snapper has over 23 years of experience in the health and non-profit sector and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Kimberly currently works as an Executive Coach for BetterManager since 2021.

Prior to this, they were the Executive Coach for Kim Snapper Coaching from 2019. Kimberly was the Regional Executive Director for the New England and Upstate New York Regions at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation from 2006-2019, and the Senior Vice President for Patient, Professional Education & Research from 2006-2019. From 1999-2006, they worked at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, first as the Director of the Information Resource Center, then as the Manager of the Information Resource Center, and finally as an Information Specialist.

Kimberly Frederick Snapper has a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Education & Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Kimberly also holds certifications from BetterManager Executive Coach, Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, Co-Active Training Institute, EMDR INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION 501C, International Coaching Federation, and National Association of Social Workers.
