Massimo Borio PCC, ACE, DISC has extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership, and business consulting. Massimo began their career in 2015 as Managing Director at CrowdM, where they were responsible for the development of new projects and services for businesses. In 2017, they began working at Ogilvy as a Strategic Consultant, Istituto Europeo di Design as a Professor, and CitNOW Video as a Marketing and Public Relations Consultant. In 2021, they became an Executive and Leadership Coach at BetterManager, Associate Executive Coach at TCO International Corporate Coaching, Training & Consulting, and Coach & Mentor at CCI France Italie - Camera di Commercio. Massimo also works as a Business Coach for Kaplan Professional and as Massimo Borio for their own ICF Professional Executive Leadership and Business Coaching.

Massimo Borio has an extensive education history. Massimo obtained a Laurea in Economia e Commercio from Università degli Studi di Torino between 1980 and 1985. Massimo then completed a Corporate Coaching Program at Corporate Coach U Italia in 2018 and 2019. Massimo also attended Google Zeitgeist from 2008 onwards and Danone Group Management Training from 1989 to 1999. In 2015, they attended London Open Summit Mobile and took a Social Marketing course from Northwestern University through Coursera. From 2000 to 2014, they attended PSA Management University.
