Radha Mukherji

Radha Mukherji has over 40 years of experience in the marketing, advertising and consulting industries. Radha began their career in 1979 as an Account Planner for an Advertising & Sales Promotion Company. Radha then moved to Mettur Beardsell Limited in 1980 as a Marketing Services Manager, where they were responsible for feasibility studies, market research projects, and marketing reports and analyses. In 1984, they joined Ogilvy & Mather as an Account Manager. Radha then moved to Contract Advertising in 1988 as a Branch Manager in Madras, and in 1990 they were promoted to Branch Manager in Bangalore. In 1993, they became the Executive Director of OHI DDB Oman, where they were responsible for bringing DDB into Oman and grew the business and the team for over 16 years. In 2012, they became the CEO of ADINC DDB, where they were responsible for business expansion, team leadership, client counsel and day to day operations. In 2017, they became the Managing Director of Jabreen DDB and an Independent Consultant, where they worked as a Leadership Coach, Mentor, and Trainer. In 2018, they founded Shero Consulting and in 2020 they became an Executive Coach for BetterManager.

Radha Mukherji obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) in Statistics from Elphinstone College between 1970 and 1974. Radha then attended the Indian Statistical Institute from 1974 to 1975, where they earned a M.Stat in Statistics. In 1975, they completed a PGDBM (MBA) in Marketing & Operations Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. In 2017, they obtained a CEO Coach from the Coaching Foundation of India in Organizational Leadership. In November 2022, they received a BetterManager Executive Coach certification from BetterManager.
