Sarika Sethi

Sarika Sethi has been working in the professional world since 1997 when they co-founded and became the CEO of Gemini Power Hydraulics India Pvt. Ltd. In 2015, they started their own business, Sarika Sethi, as a Strengths Coach and Leadership Accelerator. In 2021, they began working as a Leadership Coach for BetterManager.

Sarika Sethi completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology and Economics from Bangalore Jobs youth. Sarika then completed a EGMP in Business Administration and Management, General from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2008. In 2010, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad for their Programme of Enhancing Leadership Capacities and Potential Among Professional WOMEN. Sarika also obtained a BetterManager Executive Coach certification from BetterManager in November 2022.
