Sheila Aguinaldo

Sheila Aguinaldo has over 18 years of work experience in the fields of executive coaching, training, and organizational development. In 2022 they began working as an Executive Coach for BetterManager and a Certified CoachHub Coach for CoachHub - The digital coaching platform. Sheila also began working as an Executive Coach for Haraya Coaching. In 2020 they began working as a Director for The Catalyst Advisory Group, and in 2019 they began working as a Consultant for Self-employed. In 2017 they began working as a Vice President and Head of Learning and Development for East West Banking Corporation. In 2015 they began working as a Consultant for The Leadership Circle Philippines, where they provided executive team development and executive coaching using The Leadership Circle Profile, management trainee program, competency design and development and change management. In 2008 they began working as a Capability Development Solutions Lead for Accenture, where they led the capability team that provided learning solutions for 31,400 and led the change management journey of learning function into its new structure. In 2006 they began working as Head, Organization Effectiveness & Internal Communications for Globe Telecom, and in 2003 they began working as Training and OD Manager for Lafarge.

Sheila Aguinaldo's education history includes attending Manila Science High School from 1982 to 1986, De La Salle University from 1986 to 1991 where they obtained a Liberal Arts and Commerce degree in Psychology and Marketing, and the Asian Institute of Management in 2000 where they obtained a Management Development Program. Sheila also has additional certifications, including a Team Psychological Safety Facilitator from TEAM.AS.ONE in 2019, Advanced Coaching from Coach Masters Academy in 2017, The Leadership Circle from The Leadership Circle Asia-Pacific in 2016, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in 2020, and a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021.
