Stefan Kalt has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Stefan began their career as a Program Administrator at the Center for Philosophy and History of Science at Boston University. Stefan then worked as a Part-Time Instructor at the Philosophy Department at Boston College from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2015, they were a Full-Time Instructor at Core Curriculum at Boston University. In 2015, they became an Associate at Leading Minds Executive Coaching, LLC. In 2019, they became a Consultant at Camden Consulting Group - a division of Keystone Partners and also founded Higher Education Coaching. In 2020, they became a Consultant at Keystone Partners. In 2021, they began working as a Coach at BetterManager.
Stefan Kalt obtained their B.A. in Philosophy and Mathematics from St. John's College in 1992. Stefan then went on to obtain their Ph.D. in Philosophy from Boston University in 2003. In 2017, Stefan obtained a Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching. Stefan also holds additional certifications from MRG (Management Research Group), International Coaching Federation, Hogan Assessment Systems, The Myers & Briggs Foundation, and The Myers-Briggs Company.
