Wendy Hanson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Wendy is the Chief of Culture and Community at BetterManager since December 2022, where they focus on creating a thriving work environment. Wendy is also a Co-Founder and Chief Programs Officer at BetterManager since March 2016, where they aim to support and cultivate talents within organizations.

In addition, Wendy is an Official Member of Forbes Coaches Council since August 2019. Wendy has also worked as a Coach & Thought Partner at WendyHansonConnects from January 2014 to December 2017. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Corley Hanson Associates from January 1999 to December 2017.

Wendy has been a Partner at PointForward Partners from 2009 to 2016. Wendy has worked as an Executive Coach at AOL-Patch.com from May 2011 to December 2012, and at MapQuest from 2010 to 2011. At Lee Hecht Harrison, Wendy provided Executive Coaching services and represented the company as a speaker from October 2007 to March 2010.

Additionally, they served as an Executive Coach at Verizon Business from 2008 to 2009 and at Google from 2001 to 2007. At Google, Wendy worked with executives and teams in the North American Sales organization, focusing on strategic planning, team building, and leadership development.

Wendy Hanson (she/her) obtained their High School Diploma in Art/Art Studies, General from St. Catherine's Academy from 1968 to 1972. Wendy then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Fitchburg State University, graduating in 1976. Wendy continued their education and completed a Master of Education degree in Organizational Management from Antioch University New England between 1980 and 1982. In 1998 and 1999, they attended a Certified Professional Performance Coach (CPPC) program at an unidentified institution. Additionally, Wendy has obtained certifications from the International Coaching Federation in February 2021 and the National Speakers Association in September 2009.
