Jacob Lipson

Jacob Lipson is an accomplished engineering professional with significant experience in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Betterment since October 2017, Jacob has progressed through various titles including Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes software engineering roles at Sidekicks, where Jacob developed a platform for parents and children, and Luvo, where Jacob contributed to a content marketplace and automated user testing. Jacob also has a diverse background from internships, including software development at Interinvest Global Asset Management and marketing at Fennemore Craig. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tufts University.
