Jonathan Persaud

Jonathan Persaud is an experienced Information Technology professional, currently serving as an Information Technology Support Administrator at Betterment since August 2021, where responsibilities include managing SaaS applications, overseeing inventory of tech equipment, and partnering with the People Team for onboarding and training. In addition to this role, Jonathan serves as a board member for the Asians of Betterment employee resource group, fostering connections among Asian American employees. As a co-founder of Gridlock Technologies & Solutions LLC, Jonathan focuses on IT management for small to medium-sized businesses. Previous positions include Senior Information Technology Analyst at Prosek Partners, IT Analyst II at King & Spalding, and various roles in sales and customer service, culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Systems Technology from City Tech, CUNY.
