Peeral Malani

Peeral Malani is a Senior Engineering Manager at Betterment, with experience leading engineering teams and managing software projects since December 2021. Prior to Betterment, Malani held multiple positions at Wayfair from April 2019 to November 2021, including Engineering Manager and Software Engineer, where responsibilities included developing a platform for shipment contracts and using technologies such as PHP, SQL, and Kafka. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Lutron Electronics as Design and Development Software Engineer and Senior Project Software Engineer, focusing on iOS applications for home automation. Malani also has experience as a Research Assistant at the Rochester Institute of Technology and has completed engineering co-op and trainee roles.
