Terence Hatten

Terence Hatten has a strong background in finance and strategy, with experience in various roles at Betterment, AMP, and AMP Capital. Terence began their career as part of the Graduate Program at AMP Capital, where they worked in market analysis and business analysis. Terence then moved on to become a Senior Business Analyst and later a Customer Strategy Manager at AMP. In 2015, Terence joined Betterment as a Business Analyst before progressing to the role of FP&A Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of FP&A at Betterment, which they have held since September 2019.
