Michelle Knowles

Michelle Knowles has worked in a variety of roles since 1995. Michelle began their career as Sales Director/DME Manager for SleepMed Therapy Services, where they established and maintained marketing initiatives for DME in Illinois and developed an entire referral base. Michelle then moved to Action Medical/Elmhurst Hospital as an Account Manager, where they sold a complete line of Home Medical Equipment, coordinated Trade Shows and Seminars, negotiated contracts, and opened and managed HME Hospital Supply Closets. In 2011, they became an Account Manager for DeVilbiss Healthcare, building and maintaining key client relationships to successfully sell respiratory portfolio in Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin. From 2014 to 2018, they served as Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for Suburban Sleep and Pulmonary/Kramer Medical Supplies, where they were responsible for sales and marketing for DME and Physician services, as well as interviewing, hiring, training and coaching a staff of 8. Most recently, they have been an Account Manager for BetterNight since 2022.

Michelle Knowles began their education at Triton College in 1989, where they completed two years of General Studies. Michelle then attended Medical Careers from 1993 to 1994, studying EEG/Sleep.
