Mahendra Pardeshi

Mahendra Pardeshi is an experienced professional in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as a Manager at BetterPlace since July 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing payroll processing, maintaining records, and managing voluntary deductions. Prior to this, Mahendra held the position of Lead Operations HR at Gi Group from August 2013 to July 2022, focusing on the accurate transfer of employee pay data, processing payments through the Bacs system, and handling multiple PAYE schemes.
