Adam Seabrook

Adam Seabrook has worked in the recruitment industry since 2006. Adam began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Real Time Australia, where they focused on hiring for startups. In 2009, they became Managing Director at ProShortlist, where they worked with Bigcommerce to hire Product, UX, Design, Project Management, and marketing people across Sydney, Austin, and San Francisco. In 2015, they became CEO of Betterteam, a 100% remote company with team members in Sydney, Chicago, Montana, and Manila. Adam also writes extensively on all topics HR and recruitment related.
