Currently serving as Director of Engineering at BetterUp, Lee oversees the development of foundational technologies for HTP. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Director at Guild Education, where Lee expanded the Data Services team and implemented effective strategies for business priorities. As VP of Engineering at Maxwell, Lee doubled team size and tripled engineering velocity. With extensive experience at SendGrid and Return Path, Lee has led teams focused on anti-abuse intelligence, compliance, and anti-phishing solutions. Lee's career also includes positions at Dassault Systèmes, Integware, Vonage, and Complete Programmer/Manheim, showcasing a strong foundation in software development and engineering leadership.
