Stephan Koning

Stephan Koning has held various positions throughout their career. Stephan started in 2006 as a Sales Associate at BCC. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco Group Nederland, where they were responsible for candidate searches, matching, and increasing the branch's market share. Stephan then became a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Adecco from 2010 to 2013, taking on additional responsibilities such as account management and pricing negotiations. Stephan was then promoted to Branch Manager at Adecco from 2013 to 2015, where they managed and supported Recruitment Consultants and developed yearly budgets and activity plans.

In 2015, Stephan transitioned to Pontoon Solutions as a Senior Program Consultant. Stephan was involved in project management, including initiating, planning, executing, and closing projects, as well as account management responsibilities. In 2017, they took on the role of Interim Program Manager at Pontoon Solutions, where they handled escalations and led business reviews with key stakeholders.

Stephan's most recent experience has been at Betty Blocks. Stephan joined in 2018 as a Digital Project Manager and Scrum Master. In this role, they delivered applications for various customers and applied the Scrum framework within project teams. Stephan later advanced to Senior Digital Project Manager, overseeing objective achievement and continuous process optimization. Currently, Stephan is working as a Delivery Manager at Betty Blocks, where they guide and manages customers in their application development journey and handles operational management of the external project organization.

Throughout their career, Stephan has demonstrated strong project management skills, a focus on customer success, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Stephan Koning's education history begins with their attendance at C.S.G. Jan Arentsz from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a VMBO niveau 4 degree. Following this, they pursued a retail management field of study at Horizon College, earning an MBO niveau 3 degree from 2003 to 2005 and an MBO niveau 4 degree from 2006 to 2007. Stephan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Stephan obtained the VCU (Veiligheid en Gezondheid Checklist Uitzendorganisaties) certification from VCU in 2010. Stephan also achieved various certifications in project management, including Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2019, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in 2019, and Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK I) from Scrum.org in 2021.

Currently, Stephan is pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through GreyCampus, which they commenced in 2021.
