Raquel Zorzano Rivera

Raquel Zorzano Rivera is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as Talent Manager at Between Technology since November 2021, Raquel oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, including strategy design, job descriptions, interviews, technical assessments, and onboarding for new hires. Prior roles include HR Generalist at RDT Ingenieros, focusing on the selection of technical profiles, and as an HR Recruiter at ManpowerGroup, where comprehensive selection processes for industrial profiles were managed. Raquel also has experience as an HR Generalist at teyamé and as an HR trainee at Iuris Abogados & Asesores. Raquel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitat de Barcelona and is currently pursuing an Executive Program in People Analytics & HR Analytics at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.
