Wim Spekking

Wim Spekking has extensive experience in operational excellence and project management across various sectors, particularly in baggage handling and automation. Currently serving as Director of Operational Excellence at BEUMER Group since December 2017, Wim previously held roles including Sr. Project Manager at Scarabee Aviation Group, and Head of Projects at Babcock International Group, where significant revenue growth was achieved in 2016. With a strong background in leading multidisciplinary projects and managing 24/7 operations, Wim has contributed to critical systems at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Prior roles at VINCI involved senior contract management and project implementation in the aviation sector, while earlier experience includes ownership and general management of data and telecom networks at ITS and Spekking Elektrotechniek. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and technical training in electrical and instrumentation installations.
