David Heller

David Heller is a seasoned facilities and maintenance professional with diverse experience in management and supervision. Currently serving as Facilities Manager and previously as Facilities Coordinator at Beverage-Air since March 2023, David has held various leadership roles including Maintenance Supervisor at Cathedral Pines Inc since May 2022, and Foreman at Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. from March 2021 to June 2022. With a background at Schlumberger as Northeast Field Deployment Lead and North Division Materials Manager, as well as experience in carpentry and weatherization, David's career reflects a strong foundation in specialized construction technology, supported by an Associate's degree from Triangle Tech and weatherization training from Community College of Allegheny County. Further education was undertaken at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
