Steven Blackman has extensive experience in project management and the United States Air Force. Steven began their career in 1993 as an Aircrew Flight Equipment Craftsman and held various roles within the Air Force until 2017. These roles include Senior Team Lead Project Management, Superintendent of the 492nd Fighter Squadron, NCOIC of AFE Quality Assurance, NCOIC of Quality Assurance, Flight Chief, and Superintendent. In 2017, they joined Bevilacqua Research Corporation as a Project Manager.
Steven Blackman completed an Associate's degree in Aircraft Safety Systems from the Community College of the Air Force from 1997 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Kaplan University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016.
