Louis A. Bevilacqua is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in transactional law. As the Member and Founder of Bevilacqua PLLC since September 2013, Louis leads a firm dedicated to supporting the entrepreneurial spirit and addressing complex business challenges for both private and publicly held companies. In parallel, Louis co-founded Digital Offering LLC, serving as President and General Counsel. Prior experience includes partnership roles at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, focusing on sectors such as technology, life sciences, and real estate, and at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP. Louis began legal career as an Associate at Wiggin and Dana LLP and Finn Dixon & Herling LLP. Louis earned a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in Philosophy and Italian from Fordham University.
