Thomas M. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in engineering, software development, and management. Thomas is currently the Head of Engineering at BevSuite since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Product Engineering at MaxRewards from May 2022 to May 2023. Thomas also has experience at Total Wine & More, where they held the positions of Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager, responsible for managing engineering teams and doubling team sizes. Thomas was the Director of Software Development and Operations at Fusechain Inc. and DigitalBits Project. In addition, Thomas served in leadership roles at Console Connect Inc. as the Chief Software Architect and Director of Information Systems, and at FueledMinds Inc. as the Founder and Director. Thomas also worked as the Chief Technology Consultant at nGen - Niagara Interactive Media Generator and started their own company, Furi Enterprises Inc., focused on software development outsourcing. Lastly, Thomas worked as an Online Communications Consultant for the Professional Hockey Players Association, where they strategized and developed online brand development and internal players-only portal web application.
